You can ask for either whether or not you are a client — including if the only thing we hold is your name, firm and work email because a lead list put them in front of us. No account, no login, no reason required.

What would you like us to do?

We use what you enter here only to find your records and answer this request, and we keep a note that the request was made and honoured — which is itself a legal requirement. See our Privacy Policy. If you would rather email, hello@forgesoftware.co reaches the same place and is honoured the same way.

What happens next

  • We confirm we have the request, and reply within 30 days.
  • A deletion request suppresses your address straight away, so nothing further is sent to you while we work through it.
  • An access request comes back as a machine-readable file plus a plain-English summary of where each piece came from.
  • We keep one record of the request itself after deletion — your address on a do-not-contact list and the date. That record exists so we cannot accidentally re-add you, and it is the only thing that survives.
