By accessing or using the Forge Software website (forgesoftware.co) or engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our website or services.

Forge Software LLC ("Forge") provides custom software development services for professional service firms. Our services include platform design, development, testing, training, and optional ongoing support.

The specific scope of work, deliverables, pricing, and timeline for any engagement are defined in a separate project agreement signed between Forge and the client prior to work beginning.

Forge reserves the right to decline any project at its discretion.

All project engagements are governed by a signed project agreement that outlines the fixed price, scope, timeline, and deliverables.

The discovery call fee ($25–$100 depending on project complexity) is applied to your project deposit if you move forward. This fee is non-refundable if you choose not to proceed after the discovery session.

Fixed-price quotes are valid for 30 days from delivery. Forge will not change the price after you have approved and signed the project agreement.

Ownership of code, documentation, and intellectual property created during a project is governed by your signed project agreement.

By default, upon full payment, clients receive the source code and documentation specified in their agreement. Specific ownership terms — including any restrictions or retained rights — are set out in the project agreement.

Forge may retain the right to showcase work as part of its portfolio unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Both parties agree to keep confidential any non-public business information shared during the engagement.

Forge will not disclose client data, business information, or project details to third parties without written consent, except as required by law.

Payment schedules are outlined in each project agreement. Typically this includes a deposit to begin work and milestone-based payments through the project.

Late payments may result in a pause of work until the outstanding balance is resolved.

All fees are in USD unless otherwise stated.

Forge Software LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or website.

Our total liability in connection with any project is limited to the fees paid for that project.

Either party may terminate a project engagement by providing written notice. Terms for early termination, including fees for work completed, are outlined in each project agreement.

Forge may terminate a relationship immediately if a client engages in fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity.

You may use this website for lawful purposes only. You may not use it to distribute malware, scrape content, or engage in any activity that interferes with the site's operation.

Forge reserves the right to modify or discontinue the website at any time without notice.

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the state in which Forge Software LLC is registered.

Any disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration or in the applicable courts of that jurisdiction.

Forge may update these Terms of Service at any time. The effective date will be updated at the top of this page. Continued use of our website or services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
